I have been really pleased with the response to my question. To date, I have received 6 very positive responses and, as a consequence, am now waiting to receive hard copies from a number of companies as well as having a number of internet references for electronic versions as well. The really pleasing aspect is that the data will be coming from like minded companies with more or less the same targets and corporate goals. This is a real time-saver. I think the concept of asksheiiba is first class and has lots of room for further development to help its members, and possibly others (for a fee!) learn from a "best practice pool". Well done and I wish the project every success.

AskSHEiiBA is an ideal, informal networking system that provides a quick means of problem solving. The responses on our query have been many and varied and prompt. The questions from others have been varied too. You just don't know what might be asked which maintains interest. As we have been able to contribute to a few questions we feel comfortable asking one. Email is a great medium for quick communication.
