The sheiiba league table tool allows companies to both join established league tables and to initiate new league tables to their own design. In this way they can compare their performance with others. This 'demo' league illustrates 20 fictional companies' accident performance according to the RIDDOR defined InjuryIncident Rate (IIR). It could as well be Tonnes of waste per Tonne of product shipped, number of instances of RSI etc.
Leagues can be designed for any Key Performance Indicator to any defining criteria. Time periods must be set and supplementary data can be requested of participants to provide contextual information into which their performance can be set e.g, key processes, hazards, emissions etc.
League tables can be established by industry groups for sector specific indicators; for cross industry groups (see RIDDOR) and for private company use for internal data collection and comparison. From the list of leagues, click on a league table's 'details' to see its profile.
Ranking is portrayed as worst to best. Participants' details are available by clicking on the 'View Participants' link.
Companies can elect their anonymity status using the Show-to-See system. Those choosing anonymity are blind to others' scores. Those prepared to reveal their score see the scores of others who are similarly prepared to reveal.
Creating a new league table is free to registered users. We help to recruit participants.
